Silver Style offers 925 Sterling Silver Jewellery, Gemstone Jewellery, Natural Gemstone Jewellery and Custom Jewellery through its online store.

- Jewellery is a handcrafted/manufactured product and minor variations may occur between individual pieces.
Where a product contains a natural gemstone, each stone may have its own unique characteristics. The actual product may therefore not be visually identical to a product photograph.
5. 925 Sterling Silver
Products described as 925 Sterling Silver are made using sterling silver containing 92.5% silver, subject to the applicable product specifications.
Silver is a naturally reactive metal and may develop tarnishing or colour changes over time due to exposure to air, moisture, sweat, cosmetics, perfumes, chemicals and other environmental factors.
Tarnishing or normal changes in appearance caused by use, storage or environmental exposure are not considered manufacturing defects.
Customers should follow the recommended Jewellery Care instructions provided by Silver Style.
6. Natural Gemstones
Where a product is described as containing a natural gemstone, the gemstone may naturally contain:
- Inclusions
- Variations in colour
- Variations in pattern
- Variations in clarity
- Minor surface characteristics
- Natural marks or internal characteristics
Such characteristics are part of the natural appearance of gemstones and are not automatically considered defects.
The exact appearance of a natural gemstone may vary from the product image displayed on the website.
7. Custom and Personalised Jewellery
Certain products may be customised or personalised according to customer requirements.
Custom or personalised products may include changes to:

We do not directly store complete card or banking credentials on our website where such information is processed by the payment service provider.
13. Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order, subject to the conditions specified in our Cancellation Policy.
Once an order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation may no longer be available.
For customised or personalised jewellery, cancellation may be subject to additional restrictions once production has commenced.

14. Shipping and Delivery
Silver Style offers shipping within India as well as international shipping.
India
- Free shipping across India.
- Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days.
International
- Worldwide shipping is available.
- International shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination and shipping method selected.
- Estimated delivery: 7–15 business days.
- Customs duties, import taxes and other charges imposed by the destination country, where applicable, are the customer's responsibility.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our reasonable control, including courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, customs clearance and other logistical circumstances.

15. Returns and Exchanges
Eligible products may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery, subject to the conditions specified in our Return & Exchange Policy.
Products generally need to be:
- Unused;
- Unworn;
- Undamaged;
- In original condition;
- Returned with original packaging, tags and invoice, where applicable.
Customised or personalised jewellery is generally not eligible for return or exchange except in cases of manufacturing defects, incorrect products or damage covered under our applicable policies.

16. Refunds
Where a return is approved, the refund will be processed in accordance with our Refund Policy.
Approved refunds will generally be initiated within 5–7 business days after the returned product has been received and inspected, subject to applicable payment processing timelines.
Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law or specifically stated by Silver Style.
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes and international shipping charges paid by the customer are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
17. Warranty
Silver Style may provide a limited warranty covering qualifying manufacturing defects for the period specified in our Warranty Policy.
The warranty does not generally cover:
